Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace

We offer an online course on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH). This course imparts knowledge and creates awareness about the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013. This holistic online course is self-paced, and does not require a classroom or trainer. Because there are no bulky video or audio files users can complete this course even with moderate-speed internet connectivity.
About This Course
The training consists of five modules with a mandatory knowledge check at the end of each module. Progress is saved after completing each module. Users require a total of two hours on average to complete the entire course and get certified. Upon purchase the course is accessible to users for a duration of four weeks. Upon completion of the course each participant receives an electronic certificate. At the end of four weeks the client organization also receives a certificate based on the number of users who successfully complete the course. The certificate is awarded by Gender at Work, an NGO which is part of the Government of India recommended Panel of Institutions/Organisation for imparting training programs/workshop under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
