Leadership for Gender Equality : A course for UNDP Resident Representatives
Co-organised by Gender at Work and King's College London, this course will bring to bear cutting-edge feminist thinking, and emerging strategic pathways to the analysis and problem-solving that are central to the work of the UNDP senior leadership team at the country level while also paying attention to the particular opportunities and challenges inherent to being a leader in the UN system. The course will draw on the real-life work challenges and contexts that the RRs and DRRs face every day, build on their own experiences of what works, support leaders to build their own ‘action plan’ of change on leadership for gender equality and facilitate collaborative problem-solving with key constituencies.
